Performance
TruSheen THREADLUBE is
formulated to reduce friction
and wear on metal parts –
reducing seizure, corrosion,
pitting, galling, and thread
distortion. The result of
compounding this formula is
an anti-seize and
lubricating compound that
produces high performance at
variable pressure, without the
hazardous problems associated
with commonly used compounds,
such as lead and graphite. Using
TruSheen THREADLUBE insures the
ease of dismantling components
since seizure is prevented.
Previous research indicates that
graphite-based compounds may
cause steel and alloy components
to become brittle at high
temperatures and pressure.

The adhesion properties of
TruSheen THREADLUBE allow
significantly longer operative
periods, resulting in less down
time needed for regreasing and
substantial savings in labor
costs.
THREADLUBE protects metal parts
under extreme temperatures of up
to 2200°F. This is achieved by
the unique inorganic thickener
used in TruSheen THREADLUBE.
Since it does not melt or go
through a phase change, which is
often associated with soap
thickened products, it’s
consistency is only marginally
changed with increasing
temperatures. The low volatility
and excellent oxidation
stability of the base oils used
in THREADLUBE, insures a long
service life. This stable
consistency provides an
excellent seal and continuous
protection even in the presence
of vibration.

used with severe water washing
since the compound demonstrates
excellent resistance to water
